Management
• Execution of medium-term plans for the department, business
management, establishment of internal regulations and rules, and budget
management.
• Overseeing section members, developing team skills, evaluating,
managing, training, and supervising staff.
Production Engineering
• Responsible for process design in the PCBA and main unit assembly
production processes for DJ equipment products.
• Establishment of the production technology department and staff
training.
• Preparation for new product production (process design, inspection
process design, jig design and manufacturing).
• Mass production QCD performance management and troubleshooting,
including quality issues.
