1. Coordinate with all clients, consultants, and contractors.
2. Create basic conceptual plan
3. Coordinate in project feasibility study
4. Prepare rough construction budget
5. Coordinate/advise client on project master schedule
6. Support client in project budget and risk assessment
7. Support in tender exercise and evaluation
8. Advise Client in contractor's contractual conditions
9. Quality, schedule and HSE management/coordination
10. Project cost management
11. Conduct periodic inspections
12. Coordinate project handover processes
13. Building networks and collect information for marketing
