•Take care of Ocean, Air Business and Customs procedures with team members;
•Support, consult the clients and negotiating with vendors when required;
•To make business plan and implement sales strategies;
•To support the General Manager, Sales Team and take care sales progress, new project and pay efforts to achieve the targets;
•To ensure the cooperation with Operations Dept conform to laws, policies, rules and regulations
of the relevant authorities and the company;
•Expand the potential customer base, especially Korean companies;
•Follow up and control employees’ performance, make training plan for sales dept members;
•Create new services, business tools to bring breakthrough into the market;
•Issue market reports, find the solution to attract customers to bring long-lasting relationship.
•Any others relevant duties as assigned by General Manager.

| 応募条件 | •Nationality: Korean •Bachelor Graduate in related field •Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in sales or customer service field for a Korean international Logistics/Forwarder company is mandatory •Good management, negotiation and business planning skills, good knowledge of sale& marketing of logistics field and air/ocean/warehouse/trucking/customs procedures •Have good communication skill with cooperative attitude with other Depts and customer oriented mind •Fluency English (4 skills) •Can work under high pressure, high responsibilities |
