| 応募条件 | ＜Must＞ - Native Vietnamese speaker - English business level or above - Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, other basic tools, etc.) - Basic business skills - Experience working in a Japanese company - At least 3 years of work experience - Basic sales skills (communication, presentation, document creation, business etiquette, contract negotiation/adjustment, etc.) ➡ Particular emphasis on skills/experience in contract negotiation and overall project management - Experience in corporate sales (minimum 5 years) ➡Particular emphasis on skills and experience in relationship building, proposal development, contract negotiation, and project follow-up with existing potential contacts, rather than developing customers from scratch - Minimum 3 years of continuous employment at one company (not a job hopper) ＜Better＞ - Japanese business level or above, N2 or above - Specialized knowledge of electrical/electrical equipment - Knowledge of design and construction, including mechanical, civil engineering, and architecture - Experience in the energy industry (especially power and renewable energy) |
