<Main Scope>
- Document management within the Engineering Division (soft/hard copies)
- Managing construction payment schedules for projects, reviewing payment evidence materials, and coordinating with relevant departments
- Compiling and responding to internal application response related to the Engineering Division
- Supporting each Project Manager for the office work
- Providing general support for the team based on instructions from the GM and Manager
<Sub-Scope> (Support and backup role for O&M/Asset Management PIC)
- Daily PV generation checks, equipment status checks, and reporting (primarily completed via tool operation)
- Monthly billing calculations and quantity verification during invoicing (primarily completed via tool operation instead of the manual)
- Coordination and communication with maintenance companies during scheduled inspections
- Coordination and communication with maintenance companies during PV system troubleshooting, including the emergency case
