• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers.
• Maintain and expand the business of existing key accounts
• Develop and execute business strategies and sales plans to drive growth, with a strong focus on the company’s monthly, quarterly and annually revenue and profit target.
• Take full responsibility for team sales performance, including revenue targets, new customer acquisition, and overall business results.
• Lead and manage the sales team, including coaching, training, and developing members to build a high-performing “hunter” team.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Personally engage in key accounts and strategic deals, supporting the team in closing high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular reports for top management.
• Other jobs as required by higher Manager or GD
