Our client, a leading international logistics company, is seeking a Korean Sales Manager (Assistant Manager level) to support the expansion of its Korean customer portfolio in Northern Vietnam. This is a replacement position due to anticipated organizational changes and offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with logistics industry experience and strong connections within the Korean manufacturing community.
The successful candidate will lead a small sales team while driving new business acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing key accounts, particularly among Korean manufacturers operating in Vietnam.
※Key Responsibilities：
• Develop and expand business opportunities with Korean-invested companies in Vietnam.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within target industries.
• Conduct regular customer visits across Northern Vietnam, primarily through day trips.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to provide effective logistics solutions.
• Manage and coach a team of 2-3 staff members.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
• Support strategic business development initiatives and revenue growth objectives.
※Team Structure：
• Korean Sales Team: 3 members.
• Direct management responsibility for approximately 2-3 team members.
• Existing team consists of Korean and Vietnamese employees.
※Target Industries：
• Manufacturing
• Electronics
• Industrial Production
• Key customers include Korean manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, and their supplier ecosystem.

※Compensation & Benefits • Basic Salary: USD 3,000-3,500/month (Gross) • Manager Allowance: VND 5,000,000/month • Housing Allowance: USD 800/month • Transportation Allowance: VND 600,000/month • Healthcare Insurance • Company car with driver for business travel (no driving license required) • Annual airfare ticket (applicable from the second year of employment) • Annual Bonus: o 13th Month Salary: 1 month basic salary (paid in December) o Performance Bonus: 1.5-2.5 months basic salary (paid in May) ※Recruitment Process • Round 1: HR Interview • Round 2: Head of Business Development Interview |
