You will be responsible for overall project management for rooftop solar power generation projects.
<Basic Scope>
・Management of overall construction project schedule, quality, design, construction, etc.
・Attendance of on-site work for rooftop solar projects.
・Day-to-day communication, training, management, and coordination with EPC contractors.
・Interaction and coordination with technical staff of customers and stakeholders.
・Primary response to on-site failures (in case of emergency).
・On-site response to quality issues, report writing, and checking.

| 応募条件 | ◎ Must-have: ・Native Vietnamese speaker ・English business level or above ・Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field ・Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other basic tools) ・Basic business skills ・Ability to interact and coordinate smoothly with clients, contractors, and other related parties ・Experience working in/with Japanese or foreign-affiliated companies ・Expert knowledge of electricity/electrical equipment ・Knowledge of design and construction, including mechanical, civil, architectural, etc. ・Experience working in solar power generation projects ・At least 3 years of overall work experience ・At least 1 year of experience in project management (OR at least 2 years of experience in site management) 〇 Good-to-have (Better): ・Japanese business level or above (JLPT N2 or above) ・Experience in the energy industry (especially electric power and renewable energy) Candidates from the following industries are particularly welcome: ・General contractors, subcontractors, plant engineering companies ・Infrastructure industry (electric, gas, plant) ・Solar power generation companies ☆ Desired Personality: ・High communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) ・Proactive and self-driven ・Bright, caring, good personality, with few emotional ups and downs ・Ability to interact and coordinate smoothly with internal teams and stakeholder groups ・Not a job hopper; willing to work for a long time ・Not afraid to work for a small and unorganized company like a start-up (the company was founded in Oct 2021) ・Able to propose methods, improve, and make trial-and-error decisions to achieve goals |
