※Factory Operations Management
• Lead and oversee daily operations across three manufacturing facilities.
• Ensure achievement of production, quality, delivery, cost, and safety objectives.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs to improve factory performance.
• Drive productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
※Leadership & Team Management
• Manage and develop an organization of over 200 employees.
• Build strong management teams and succession plans.
• Coach department managers and supervisors to enhance leadership capability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
※Manufacturing Excellence & Automation
• Lead automation and factory modernization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization and
technology adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement projects across production, quality, logistics, and
supply chain functions.
※Quality & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and
operational standards.
• Maintain high levels of product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational
consistency.
• Support business expansion and scaling initiatives as the organization continues to grow.

| 応募条件 | ※Experience • Proven factory management experience within manufacturing environments. • Experience managing a scope of approximately 200 employees or more. • Experience overseeing multiple production sites is highly desirable. • Strong organizational leadership and people management capabilities. ※Language Skills • Native or business-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required. • Professional working proficiency in English or Vietnamese. ※Preferred Industry Background Candidates with experience in the following industries or product categories are preferred: • Retail and consumer products • Apparel • Bags and accessories • Footwear • General merchandise • Eyewear and eyewear accessories • Packaging and boxes ※Preferred Qualifications • Proven experience implementing manufacturing automation projects. • Experience with factory transformation, digitalization, or Industry 4.0 initiatives. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience working with export-oriented manufacturing businesses serving international markets. |
