To handle sales enquiries: make quotations, ensure quality matter
To visit customers (most Japanese companies) and suppliers, to provide technical support in liaison with technical department of head quarter (Japan)
To find new customer and supplier, expand local customers and suppliers net work.
Follow-up on sales by monitoring and ensuring sales target setting by the Company
To coordinate and collaborate with Customer Service Department on all matters in relation to the customers (customer inquiries, complaints, credit problems and orders received)
Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
