KEY OUTPUTS:
– Make sales plans to expand business achieve the goals.
– Find potential customers by aggressive networking.
– Find out customer ‘s demand & benefit.
– Collect information for customer decision structure, including decision maker information, acceptance criteria for the proposals, competitor’s information.
– Build intimate relationships with customers.
– Cooperate with Technical team to propose the improvement solution.
– Cooperate with Technical team to provide the services to customers with regular report (weekly report, monthly report…)
– Coordinate with the distributors to expand business.
– Perform other tasks assigned

– Gross salary: 2.500$ ~ 5.000$ base on experience – Bonus: Depends on sales result at the end of year – Attractive allowance: insurance for children and/or personal development package: 6M vnd/year. – Company bus from Hanoi Centre. – Annual company trip, Team building. – Social Insurance payment follows Vietnamese labor law at full salary package. – Health Care and Accident 24/7 Insurance. – A friendly, self-motivated working environment. – Have many opportunities to exchange knowledge in company global network and go aboard training. – Work experience at foreign-affiliated global company – Visit customers by car and taxi. – Not tied to fixed workplace like factory job. – Can do WFH 1 time per week. |
