Job House’s Client is seeking a General Manager with a robust IT background and fluency in Japanese to lead the establishment of our new office in Vietnam
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in IT field and the linguistic capabilities to manage a bilingual workspace.
・Pioneer to join newly setup IT office in Vietnam
・Collaborate with the CEO and 日本本社 to devise and execute the organisation’s vision and operational strategies.
・Oversee the daily operations of the business, making sure that everything is done effectively and efficiently
・Prepare regular reports for upper management (VN&JP)
・Monitor company operations and employee productivity, build company culture, ensure the development of members and meet organisational goals
・Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management and employee retention
・Ensure compliance with business regulations according to the law
