Support customer about import/export machines/ parts
Receive customer’s requirement, get quotation from supplier, prepare and send quotation to customers, order suppliers, follow up information about order, support customers in import machines, equipment.
Keep contact, support engineers to server machines and service for customers
Receive and handle about trouble when selling or serve service to customers
Prepare monthly report and other required report from management
Other task from management
