Develop plans to achieve the goals of increasing customer growth and sales targets for the company.
Establish training plans for staff and monitor the effectiveness of all employees’ work.
Consult, support, care for, and build sustainable relationships with customers.
Exchange and negotiate with customers on pricing, payment methods, and delivery times.
Develop policies and implementation plans to increase revenue, compare and analyze monthly revenue, and take corrective actions if necessary.
Report on the business activities and revenue of the company.
