Chi tiết công việc:
– In charge of planning for overall sales strategy regarding Offshore IT Software Outsourcing business (Web System – Mobile App Development – AI Development)
– Directly involve in expanding Sales Channel, creating new customers and partner network
– Conduct meeting with current customers and other potential customers
– Execute and review the Proposal/Quotation in co-operation with Sales staff and Pre-sales team
– Proceed the Work Order, manage the contracts, invoice, and payment
– Newly hiring and training sales staff

給与についての説明 |
Quyền lợi được hưởng 1.Remuneration – Annual Income: on negotiating (those advantages mentioned on above condition are also indication to consider for a better salary, assumed to be from: JPY 8,000,000 without Sales commission) – Other sales allowance (Mobile allowance, travel allowance…) – Full Social Security following Japanese Labor Law (Social Insurance, Paid leave, Holiday ect…) 2.Career Path – Can be BOD member of mother company in Vietnam – Can be promoted to Director of the company in Japan – Other benefits (discussed when interview, for example: EPOS…) 3.Working place – Tokyo Center (Chiyoda-ku) – Working hour + Official time: 10:00 ~ 19:00 JST + Manager level has time flexibility. 4.Expected Start Work – As soon as possible – Interview: 2 rounds – Probation time: 2 months (100% salary) |

応募条件 | Yêu cầu công việc: – Vietnamese Nationality, expected age: 30 ~ 40 – JLPT N1 equivalent level is a must – Being able to read/write/understand English is a huge advantage – Having experience in IT sales and business development for at least 3 years & being at sales manager position for at least 1 year is a must – Already having potential customers or projects – Management skill: Planning and strategy; Staff training and motivation – Stress tolerance under the Sales Growth Target (KPIs) set by the company – Confident in personal soft skill: communication skill, negotiating skill, presentation skill, ect… – Willing to coordinate and follow the policy from Vietnamese Head |
