Manages production operation of a wide range, formulate competitive vision and goals (both short term & long term), make accurate judgments to achieve the goals in practice.
Manage, plan, direct and execute policies/ strategy/methods in Manufacturing department to maximize the use of resources, to meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards, safety, etc.
Apply advance knowledge and valuable experience to create speedy, accurate solution to problems, innitiatives to improve operation of Manufacturing department.
Lead and develop strong manufacturing team, guide, educate, develop next generation.
