Our client are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, projects, and operation of the Company.
General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise, and having IT background knowledge.
Ultimately, you’ll help the company grow and thrive.
Responsibilities
Provide technical management and leadership to Software Development teams.
Partner with management and members of the Japanese group companies to drive development initiatives according to plan.
Understands complex product development cycles to ensure actions are proactively managed and issues minimized.
Review and analyze information related to decisions that affect the growth of the company.
